Sales and Exchanges

All sales via official webstore & e-commerce are final.

TULUS is not responsible for any defects/product faults from 3rd party sellers (reseller/unauthorized marketplace shops/etc.)

No product exchange is allowed.
Including customer's change of mind / wrong color selected / unsuitability on skin.
We will only allow refunds or exchange if :
- In the case of out of stock items (applicable for cash refund)
- Damaged product/wrong item sent to customer (applicable for new product replacement)

Any Exchange Requests should be sent to our customer service email / whatsapp within 5 days of shipment confirmation. Product to be exchanged shall be sent back to TULUS' office within 14 days of receipt date. Kindly make sure to check your orders as soon as you received it. Any delay from the above time frame of returned items from customers WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Items returned by customers must be in original condition – unworn and no swatch, with hygiene seals & stickers intact.

If you have not received your order, we recommend tracking your orders via respective shipping companies with the shipment number provided. If you still have not received our orders, check your neighbors/security guards. If that all fails, contact our customer service support within 7 days of receipt date.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED once status on website/e-commerce is already marked processed.

Change of address / order details after processing an order is also not allowed.

TULUS will not responsible on late packages/missing or misrouted packages by the shipping companies. Our customer service will be happy to help to track your packages.
